cancellations & refunds

We are a bespoke and custom design studio. What that means is that an order is confirmed after days and sometimes weeks of discussion with our client. The design is finalised specifically for the client. To confirm the order client pays an advance of 65% if the order value is more than INR 50,000. For order value of less than INR 50,000, client makes the full payment. 

If the order is cancelled

1. Within 3 days, we'll refund the whole amount.

2. If the order is cancelled between 4th day to 10th day, we'll deduct 15% of the "paid amount" and refund the rest. 

3. After the 10th day, there is no refund.
