We offer a Lifetime Promise on all Chicory Chai jewelry. This means if your piece ever requires repair due to wear and tear, we’ll restore it free of charge. This includes clasps, settings, links, and other components.

• Ready-to-Ship items: We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer.
• Made-to-Order items: These are typically not eligible for exchange unless there’s a defect or error on our part. We do offer minor alterations free of charge. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
