Returns & Exchanges Policy

All our products are 100% handcrafted so each piece is one-of-a-kind.

This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website and/or Instagram and there may be minor irregularities in stone shades within an acceptable tolerance. 

Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order. Please also check the status of the item listing (Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order) before placing your order:

-For Ready to Ship items, we will accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt of the item. All original packaging should be intact along with the actual product. Shipping to us needs to be paid by the customer. 

-For Made to Order items, we generally discourage exchanges unless the item is damaged or constructed incorrectly due to an error at our end. We are open to make minor alterations at no extra charge to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. In this case as well, shipping back to us needs to be paid by the customer. 

Refunds Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect piece of jewelry has been delivered, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • The jewelry delivered has a manufacturing defect.
  • The jewelry is not the right size — in which case it is eligible for a size exchange only in the same design.

Exclusions:

  • Customised jewelry are not eligible.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

Please email us at connect@chicorychai.com with:

 - Order number
 - Delivery address
 -  Subject - Exchange
 -  Reason for exchange (attach images for defective/incorrect items)

Our team will verify and contact you with the next steps. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of confirmation. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact. If eligible for replacement, replaced item will be delivered in 7-10 days.

Cancellation Policy

Our website will allow customers the option to cancel orders within 12 hours of ordering resulting in a complete refund within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment. Please email us at connect@chicorychai.com if you want to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing an order.
