Keep the jewelry away from moisture and store in an airtight box, in a fabric pouch. Non-electroplated metal jewelry oxidises and darkens/dulls over time, developing a patina. It can be easily returned to it’s original lustre with the use of regular silver polish or by using a more earth-friendly, sustainable option of lightly cleaning the piece with a lemon, cleaning it under running water and pat drying with soft cotton cloth. Do not scrub.
